Dressing intended for first aid in the event of burns and scalds before full treatment by a medical team.

Polyurethane foam compress (3 mm) impregnated with hydrogel composed of more than 90% purified water.

The BURNCARE gel dressing is used on all types of superficial and semi-deep 1st and 2nd degree burns (burns with a pan, scalding, solar erythema, electrical burns, etc.).

Cooling effect on the surface and in depth: the cold helps reduce pain, blisters and prevents lesions from spreading to the deeper layers of the skin.

BURNCARE gel dressing also acts as a heat sink, carrying away heat from combustion.
Forms a sterile, non-adherent barrier to avoid secondary infection, rehydrates the epidermis.

It is easy to apply and remove.
Perfectly fits all parts of the body, including the face.
The hydrogel rinses off with water.

Used during emergency care by professionals (firefighters, first aid, emergency services) but also essential in a domestic pharmacy.
